How to Start a Return

Email us at support@welthvibe.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
• We cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with a photo at support@welthvibe.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.

Refund Timeline

Non-Returnable Items
